Online Store Return Policy
When you visit a Cracker Barrel location, we do our best to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience. The same goes for when you shop in the online store. And while we strive to offer you high quality products and services online, we understand that you might want to return something from time to time. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition along with your receipt or packing list, for any reason, within 90 days of receipt. We will gladly replace any items or issue a full refund to the purchasing credit card – just tell us what you want. And, if the reason for the return is because of our error, we’ll also refund the original shipping charges.
- Pack up the item(s) you want to return; you can probably use the original shipping box.
- Fill out the return information at the bottom of this page and put it in the package.
- Seal the package
- Call our Guest Relations Department at 1-800-333-9566 and let us know what you would like to return. Please have your packing slip handy to provide the representative with your order number and other information. Guest Relations will assist you in making arrangements for return.
- Guest Relations will discuss the options for your return. A pick-up can be arranged via UPS or you may drop the package at any UPS drop-off location or US Post Office.
In-Store Return Option
Online store returns, including rockers, can also be taken to any Cracker Barrel location along with your receipt or packing list for exchange or merchandise credit. Please be aware that selections at specific locations will vary, but you’ll certainly have lots to choose from!
