How can I check on my order? Can I track my package?
You can use our Contact Us form, email our Guest Relations Department at email@example.com" or call us toll free at 1-800-333-9566. We'll need your last name and billing zip code to help in locating your order. Our representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. You can also fax your inquiry to 1-888-263-4304. You can use Track My Order form to get information about your package once it has been shipped.
** Please note: Gift Card orders sent US Mail cannot be tracked.

What is the Online Store Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. So, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, within 90 days of receipt, with your receipt/packing list. We will gladly replace any item, or we will issue you a full refund to the purchasing credit card — just tell us which you want. What are my payment options?
The Cracker Barrel online store accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards that have been issued by a United States bank. At this time, we are unable to accept Cracker Barrel gift cards as a payment option.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Our site is powered by Amazon’s Webstore Services. If you access the Cracker Barrel online store site using a secure browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by Amazon.BACK TO TOP
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Yes. You may do so online by visiting the My Account page within 30 minutes of placing the order, or call us at 1-800-333-9566 Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Or you can email us at email@example.com If sending an email, be sure to include your name, email address, and order confirmation number, if available.

Will I have to pay tax on my purchase from the Cracker Barrel Online Store?

What are my shipping options?
The Cracker Barrel online store will promptly fill your order and ship all orders except Cracker Barrel Fully Assembled Rockers and Gift Cards via UPS. You can select Ground, Three Day Select, Second Day or Next Day delivery options. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii your delivery options may be limited due to location.
*Cracker Barrel Fully-Assembled Rockers - If you're ordering a Fully-Assembled Rocker, these orders are shipped via a special freight company due to the size of the package required to ship the rocker safely. Freight delivery is the only shipping method available for a Cracker Barrel Fully-Assembled Rocker. Fully Assembled Rockers are unable to ship to Canada.
Can my order be shipped to Canada?
Yes. The Cracker Barrel online store does ship to Canada using either the UPS Ground (special rates apply for Canada) or UPS World Expedited shipping method. Additional duties and taxes may apply. We cannot ship a fully assembled rocker to Canada.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, your order can be shipped to a different address. Gift orders will include a gift note and a packaging slip without prices. Gift-wrapping is available for most items.BACK TO TOP
When will my order ship?
All items available for purchase in the online store are in stock and ready to ship. Orders received on a given day will be shipped by the next business day. Please note any orders received on Friday will be shipped by the following Monday. If an order is placed on a Friday with one day delivery, it will not ship until Monday. Refer to the delivery time chart for other questions regarding when your order will arrive.BACK TO TOP
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Online orders are shipped via UPS. Please use the chart below to determine the delivery time of your order, based on the method of UPS service chosen.
Delivery is based on business days. UPS does not move freight or make deliveries on weekends or holidays. While First Class Mail is usually very reliable, delivery times are not guaranteed. All carriers can experience delays due to bad weather and high volume during the holidays.
Orders received on a given day will ship by the following business day.
**Please Note: Any orders received on Friday will be shipped by the following Monday.
*Cracker Barrel Fully-Assembled Rockers - If you're ordering a Fully-Assembled Rocker, those orders are shipped via a special freight company due to the size of the package required to ship the rocker safely. Shipping and delivery time are based on the ship-to address.BACK TO TOP
Are there any limitations on where I can ship my order?
At this time, the Cracker Barrel Online Store can only ship orders within the United States and Canada. Our Fully Assembled Adult Rockers can only be shipped within the Continental United States.BACK TO TOP
Can I ship to a Military APO/FPO address?
Yes. You can order online or call our Guest Relations Department at 1-800-333-9566 Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time to place an order that will be shipped to an APO/FPO address. Most items can be shipped to a Military APO/FPO address; however some restrictions apply. Items that are sent to Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and can't be expedited.BACK TO TOP
Can I order an item I saw in a Retail Store but isn't available in the Online Store?
Yes. If it's available in the Retail Store our Guest Relations Department can assist you in locating and ordering that item. What’s the difference between the Fully-Assembled Rockers and the Ready-to-Assemble Rockers?
Both our Fully-Assembled and Ready-to-Assemble Rocking Chairs are made with the same quality and craftsmanship by the folks at Hinkle Chair Company®. Both rockers also feature the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® medallion on the back of the chair’s top arch. The only differences between these rockers are the method of shipping, the cost of shipping and the cost of the rocker.
Our Ready-to-Assemble Rocker is shipped in 13 pieces, along with instructions and hardware needed for assembly. All this fits neatly into 24" x 48" x 5", 35-lb box. This box will ship UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified) within the continental United States. The cost of the Ready-to-Assemble Rockers is $139.99.
Our Assembled Rocker ships fully assembled. Because of its size, this rocker will be delivered by a freight company for a charge of $138.00. The cost of the Assembled Rocker is $149.99.

No, the online store only offers a small sampling of items you'll find in our actual old country store. Our old country store has more than 2,500 gift items including accessories for the home, old-fashioned candies and classic children's games and puzzles.
