SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Cracker Barrel Rock Your School Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts on August 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 15, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) Weekly Entry Periods, as outlined in the chart below (each, an “Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or the age of majority in their respective states of permanent residence, whichever is greater as of the start date. Employees of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of such employees’ immediate families (defined as spouses, parents, children and siblings, whether biological, adopted, step or in-law, and regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period: To enter, visit RockYourSchool.com, follow the prompts and complete all required fields of the onscreen registration form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Entries must be received by the last day of the Entry Period, as specified in the chart above, to be included in that Entry Period’s drawing only. There is a limit of one entry per Weekly Entry Period per person/email address.

Bonus Entry: Upon completion of your Entry into the Sweepstakes, Entrants may invite friends to enter via Twitter, Facebook or email to earn an additional Entry into the Sweepstakes. For Twitter or email, you will receive one Entry just by you sharing the Sweepstakes via one of those methods. For Facebook, you will receive one bonus Entry into the Sweepstakes for the friend invited who subsequently registers for the Sweepstakes (“Bonus Entries”) through your invite. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential Weekly Prize Winner for each Weekly Entry Period (5 total) will be selected from among all eligible Entries received for each Weekly Entry Period (as indicated in the chart above) in separate random drawings on or about September 22, 2017. There will be five (5) Weekly Prize winners in total. Non-winning Entries from one Weekly Entry Period drawing will NOT carry over to any subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawing(s). Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each Weekly Entry Period. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via email, and asked to provide their name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth so that their prize can be fulfilled. Potential winners will have seven (7) days to respond to the email or the potential winner will be disqualified. If necessary, if prize notification is not completed and returned within seven (7) days or prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate will be selected. Administrator will not be required to make more than one attempt to notify any single winner before moving to an alternate potential winner.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV’S): Weekly Prizes (5 total- 1 awarded per Weekly Entry Period): A College Gear Prize Pack (ARV: $500 each). The total ARV for all prizes throughout the Sweepstakes Period is $2,500.

All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above are the winner's sole responsibility.

GENERAL RULES: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes -related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize; and (c) in the case of entrants who are awarded a prize, to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph, caption, Entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use. By participating, entrant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or any associated website/social media platform, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

PUBLICITY: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNERS GRANT TO SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR), AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER'S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, ENTRY, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR SHALL OWN THE ENTRIES, WHICH WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED, AND THAT SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES SHALL HAVE THE PERPETUAL, WORLDWIDE RIGHT TO EDIT, PUBLISH, AND USE THE ENTRIES IN ANY WAY AND IN ANY MEDIA FOR TRADE, ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL, AND/OR OTHER PURPOSES AS SPONSOR AND/OR ITS DESIGNEES MAY DETERMINE WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION TO ENTRANTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Tennessee or the appropriate State Court located in Tennessee; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee.

PRIVACY: Any personal information that an entrant provides in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Sweepstakes, contact entrants, and for other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://shop.crackerbarrel.com/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept that privacy policy.

WINNER'S LIST: For the names of the winners, available for ninety (90) days after October 15, 2017, send a self-addressed, stamped, envelope to: Rock Your School Sweepstakes Winners, 100 Marcus Drive (Dept. CG), Melville, NY 11747. Vermont residents may exclude return postage.
